Pentax Announces The Optio A30 Digital Camera

PENTAX Imaging Company today announced the Optio A30 in advance of the Photo Marketing Association International Trade Show (PMA 2007). The PENTAX Optio A30 features 10.0 effective megapixels, Enhanced Shake Reduction technology, 2.5" LCD Monitor with Bright mode and wide field of view, Face Recognition Auto Focus and Auto Exposure, fast 0.02 second shutter lag time, Intelligent zoom function, and MPEG-4 DivX® (640x480) movie mode at 30fps and with anti-shake and editing functions. The optio A30 will ship in March 2007 with an MSRP of $349.95.
