Fuji Film FinePix F420 Review

Compared with other cameras at a similar price point, the F420 lacks the flexibility of much of the competition, with the most notable absence being the lack of manual settings like aperture and shutter speed. Undoubtedly Fuji has another hit on their hands by virtue of the F420’s appearance alone, but more serious enthusiasts will be disappointed by the limited point-and-shoot presets.

| The FujiFilm FinePix F420 is by far the smallest camera that I have ever reviewed, measuring just 7.7cm wide and 6.9 cm high. Despite its diminutive stature, Fuji have still managed to fit in a 1.8 inch LCD screen on the rear of the camera and their 4th Generation Super CCD HR sensor inside it, which can realise 3 million effective pixels, producing 6 million recorded pixels. |
