S&F Harness System Review

I first tried on a Lowepro Field and Street Vest Harness thirty pounds or so ago and it was a tight fit. Today I put on the new S and F Vest harness and had room to spare. I got a little smaller and the vest, (which has shortened its name), got a little roomier.

The S and F system is built around a Waistbelt that lets you attach whatever bag, pouch or accessory you want wherever you want it. Items are fastened to the belt with Lowepro's SlipLock system, which uses a reinforced tab that slides into a loop and fastens tightly, allowing each add-on to be securely mounted. Lowepro accessories using SlipLock connections are currently available in twenty different styles and categories including film drop cases, lens cases, pouches, and a water bottle bag. (Never go on a shoot without one of these.) The company also has a number of other accessories available for the system, such as their PDA cases.
