New Service For Photographers Addresses Importance Of Protecting Client Images

Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) April 11, 2008 -- No home or business is safe from natural disasters or the ravages of time that can destroy photos and albums that reflect precious memories. Now, photographers can provide their clients with a valuable service that protects those images while at the same time building stronger relationships.

"Your Images Forever was born from my own personal experience," according to Connie Zimmerlich, co-founder of Your Images Forever. "Married 28 years, our wedding photographs have faded and we would love to replace them. Unable to reach our photographer, I thought it would have been a great service if the photographer had kept in touch with us through the years. Not only would we take advantage of reprinting our wedding photos but we would have remembered their studio for other family occasions as well."

Zimmerlich continues, "As a photographer myself, I wanted to be able to offer my clients a service that would safely store their images so that they would be available to them for reprinting in case of disasters, replacement or just redecorating. By enrolling my clients in Your Images Forever, I am giving my studio a reason to keep in touch on a regular basis. Once a client is enrolled, I simply upload their images and then set up the frequency of emails sent to them. This keeps our studio name in front of them and reminds them that we care about their images. As a bonus, we are able to include discounts, promotions, etc in those same emails thereby attracting our clients back into our studio."

Your Images Forever gives today's studio an important competitive edge. Photographers may offer the service to their clients as an annual membership plan, or offer it as an incentive to up-sell additional products and services. As an added protection, it offers the photographers' client the comfort of knowing they have the option of keeping their original images safely stored in case the photographer is no longer in business.

To ensure protection, Your Images Forever stores images on redundant data servers located in several geographical locations. No need to worry about disasters, degradation of storage media, hardware failure, and changing technologies.

It is the photographers' mission to capture precious moments. It is only right to preserve those memories by protecting them. With Your Images Forever, not only is that responsibility fulfilled but it's done while building a lifelong client relationship.
