How to use the Celestron "Merlin" Pan / Tilt Head with the Dynamic Perception Stage Zero Dolly

This was designed to be an in-depth tutorial on how-to connect and use the Celestron Sky-Watcher Motorized Pan & Tilt head (aka. Merlin Head) with the Dynamic Perception Stage Zero Dolly and MX2 Controller.
The tutorial takes you step-by-step through the hardware connections and the steps you need to take to get the MX2 controller set up - all the way through to starting a motion time-lapse.
