Description:
The Fujifilm FinePix A820 features the exclusive 8.3 megapixel Fuji Super CCD HR image sensor and Real Photo Processor together with the high resolution Fujinon 4x Zoom lens.
The FinePix A820 is powered by two AA-size batteries that are easy to obtain anywhere. The dual memory card slot, accepts xD-Picture cards and the popular Secure Digital (SD) cards, providing greater flexibility and compatibility with a wide variety of computer based gadgets and media players.
The FinePix A820 is easy to use, with an intuitive mode dial to quickly select scene modes. It also has straightforward access menus, making it a reliable, affordable, take-anywhere camera, that everyone can use.
Additionally, Fujifilm's Intelligent Flash system analyzes the subject and sets flash power output accordingly to avoid flooding the foreground with harsh light. This keeps subjects in the frame from looking 'ghostly' and the background from being in darkness.
Additionally, seventeen scene modes make it possible for anyone to take first-rate photos in a range of situations. Framing and reviewing photographs is made easy thanks to a large 2.5" LCD monitor,which also has an anti-reflective coating to prevent glare when shooting in bright daylight.

Graphical User Interface
Now Finepix digital cameras are even easier to use! With a re-designed Graphic User Interface with colorful icon based menu system, the new design provides fast and easy access of menu functions and a brief explanation of each function while navigating. No engineering degree needed here -- the guesswork is taken out of camera operation, leaving only the fun!
Fujinon Lens Technology
The A820 features a 4.0x Optical Zoom with a 35mm focal range equivalent of 39-156mm. Bring your subject closer and clearer with high quality Fujinon lens technology. For added range, add the 7.6x Digital zoom to get a Total Zoom range of 30.4x.
Integrated 'backup' memory
The FinePix A820 makes it possible for you to get that picture even if you forget or fill up your xD-Picture Card. With internal memory built into the A820, now you will never have to miss that special shot. Think of it as your internal insurance policy for photo opportunities.
Dual Media Compatibility
The Finepix A820 features a xD/SD compatible slot, allowing the use of either xD Picture Card or SD media to store and transfer your photos.
